Mosunmola Abudu As A Glttering Name In Media

Mosunmola Abudu, the eldest amongst the three daughters of Lawrence Akintunde couple. Initially having her roots in Ondo Town, her birthplace is in London in Hammersmith hospital with the date recorded as on September 1964. At the age of six she left London and went to live with her grand parents, in the South Western part of Nigeria. She returned back k to London after the death of her father at the age twelve. She attended her college at Mid Kent College, Ridgeway School and West Kent College and got her post graduate degree from the Westminster University in London.

In 1987 Mosunmola Abudustarted her professional career Atlas Recruitment Consultancy firm in the post of Recruitment Consultant. The Starform Group, UK hired her in 1990 to take the authority of the post of Corporate Credit Management Exhibition. In 1993, she was headhunted by Arthur Andersen this time. She was assigned the post of in charge of Human Resources and Training for Esso Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (Exxon) and served till the year 2000, until she recognized the growing need for a well trained and highly motivated work force to successfully take Nigerian businesses into the 21st century.

With the advantage of being an reputed Human resource specialist Mosunmola Abudu decided to to establish a privately-owned specialist human resources development company known as Vic Lawrence & Associates Limited popularly known as VLA. VLA was steered by her through numerous critical paths of development and these days its amongst the fastest growing and most successful outsourcing and consultancy on people management Nigerian owner Nigeria and having a Nigerian ownwe.

Her stepping out of US based oil agent helped her stepping in the media world. Mo says that she went to media for seeking positive changes over in overall areas of the African, including the Nigerian life. She says.
