Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper and then stir until well mixed.
Reduce the heat and stir fry gently for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked macaroni and tomato soup, and bring to a rolling boil.
Cook for a few more minutes until the dish is at a uniform temperature.

Just before serving add the cheese, and cook a little more till it has melted.

Transfer into bowls and serve with nachos.

This is a wonderful recipe to prepare in large quantities as left overs can be safely stored in the refrigerator and served the day after.

If you have cooked very large quantities, you can leave the cheese out and freeze portions for later. Simply add the cheese just before you finally serve the recipe.
